Unreliable and Unsafe: My Disastrous Experience with Uber Package

Beware of using Uber Package if you value your belongings and expect even a modicum of customer support. My recent encounter with this service was a nightmare from start to finish. I requested an Uber Package, handed over my package to the driver, and within moments, the driver canceled the ride and vanished with my belongings.

What's worse is that when I reached out to Uber for assistance, they proved utterly unhelpful. Despite providing valid details, they claimed they couldn't locate the driver or provide any means of communication. It's absurd that the same number I verified with an OTP for the app suddenly became "invalid" when I needed assistance. Even after providing screenshots, Uber refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution.

This experience has left me deeply disillusioned and disappointed. Uber Package not only failed to deliver on its basic promise of transporting my package safely but also demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer care. I strongly advise against using Uber Package to anyone who values their peace of mind and possessions.
