Unreliable and disappointing!

This is the second time in less then a week where Urber and their drivers have disappointed! Drivers accept trips, get your hopes up AND then cancel it without reason. And the worst is that you cant even log a complaint! Call-support is not avaible? Nor does the freaken App have any options to report it. Seriously?!
