Unreliability of Uber

My Experience with Uber these days is nothing short of horrible. Try requesting a ride after 22h00, you will not get it even it shows that there are drivers in the area literally 0 min away. The service has dropped and one can no longer depend on them for transportation. Why offer such a service if it stops working at 22h00 at night yet it's supposed to be 24/7. It's a concern because we go out with the dependency on Uber, but now it seems like we have to have back plans or drive ourselves these days. I am not a happy customer at this stage.
