Unrecognised deduction

I am quite annoyed by Ubers taking money from my savings account and then also taking money from my Uber cash Wallet for a trip I took the 30 Dec at 10.05 from Simon’s Town to Hillview. I’ve sent several messages with screenshots of the unrecognised deduction but they fail to read with understanding.
