Unreasonable price adjustments

I have taken Uber several times but one that irritates me the most is the fact that certain drivers revise the price for a ride even when there was no traffic nor delays. Others will drive slowly deliberately to justify the price change. I have queried this with Uber without even an acknowledgement.
