Unproffesional Driver

The driver told me he won’t come where I was located and I asked him to cancel the trip then to allow another driver to accept he denied and stayed on the trip for almost 2hours I have screenshots with our conversations and times as well what a poor service something must be done ASAP with this driver he have a bad attitude towards customers and it’s was my first time experiencing such.
