Unprofessional Uber driver demands a cancellation

Yesterday yet another Uber driver accepted a trip and then kept us waiting for more than fifteen minutes. We could see him stationery at the previous drop off for the entire time

My son messaged ElIs to ask if he was I fact coming as he had to get to the dam on time - his destination was Emmarentia Dam. Elias accused him of bad language and demanded that we cancel the trip, which meant he got a fee for his unprofessional and unprovoked temper.

This was driver Elias of vehicle FX93NGGP. I have a screen shot of the conversation.

I am sick and tired of drivers accepting trips and not honoring them. I want an apology in writing and a refund on the cancellation fee.
