Unprofessional Driver - Terrible Experience

I requested a trip with a Driver named Jabulani. In the day and age we live in, Safety and Security for our female counterparts is of upmost importance. With that being said, why is Jabulani talking to the passenger concerning her physical appearance and how he feels towards her physical appearance. This is not professional nor warranted.

You cannot and will not make passengers feel unsafe in your vehicle when requesting a ride. This is a service not a meet and greet. Uber has continued to prove that it is not a good service provider whether it be rides or eats.

I will not be making use of the service Uber provides. Your service delivery is horrible and your drivers are unprofessional.
