Unprofessional behaviour

"I wish to file a complaint against Uber driver *Joseph*, vehicle LK76NZGP, a white Hyundai Grand i10. Upon arrival at my pickup location, the driver was rude when he called me to announce his arrival. Due to his unprofessional behavior, I cancelled the trip. I request that Uber investigate this incident and take appropriate action regarding the driver's conduct."
