UNPAID IMPOUNDED REFUND

Good day I had bad experience with uber as driver, i got impounded on 19th February 2025 then i uploaded the impounded receipts on 20th February 2025 online so that uber can refund they didn't gave me refund. I went to there offices after 18 days they said i was supposed to come or submitted my receipts before 15days but yet i did it online. Imagine working for them over a year but now they don't want or they don't consider me as driver at least to refund the money for impounded. Im so disappointed until now 😔
