Unpaid earnings

I own a fleet with 4 drivers. Fleet get paid weekly to pay drivers their weekly wages. we never got paid for Week 3-9Aug. Uber support said we'll get paid on the 17th of Aug for both weeks. Now we have not been paid for 2 weeks earnings. I am looking for a contact number or physical office to address this with Uber and I'm stuck. Drivers need their earnings.
