Unnecessary Charges

I had a huge downfall with the Uber diver yesterday, I really don't understand how they doing business. I requested a trip and it was R141 when I get to my destination the driver told me R173 😒 like how? This thing has been happening not noticing it but yesterday I took a screenshot and showed the driver and she told me the is nothing she can do it is the app. I imagine if I didn't have enough money to add on it will be like i requested without money.This is totally wrong and will put people into trouble , stop increasing our price when requesting for ride. If the is traffic I must pay for that? Is it my fault. A trip of 100 can end up being R200 without realizing. I use Uber everyday coming back from work this won't work for me it's really bad.
