Unknown uber deductions from my account

My account has repeated deduction from uber. I have never used the app. I have just recently got it. I send messages to ask for the issue to be resolved. I called the help line and was told their team is on it and should expect a 24 hour response. It has been over 24 hours still with no response. I have never used it and I never will
