Unknown transaction from Uber on my bank account

Unknown charges by another Uber account using my banking details . When I question Uber they only give a name . I need more info who ,what phone was used , exact time ,the route that was travelled with the money that went off my account . The email adres or cell phone number of the person so I can give it to the police for investigation. Now they don't reply this is frustrating coz it's happening reaccurring .....it's fruad please help
