Unknown outstanding payments from Uber

Uber recently put that I have an outstanding payment of R2000, but my last trip was literally R67 and it was a cash payment. I've been going back and forth with them and they're telling me it was disputed by my bank. What's frustrating is that I haven't been using my card since September 2024, all my transactions have been cash payments only. Their customer support agent Kanwal Fatima keeps telling me to pay the outstanding balance that doesn't even show on my recent activities. honestly a 0/10 for uber because what is thiis????
