Unknown deduction from uber

This morning at 2am I get notification from my bank they deducted for 2 trips. While I’m busy sleeping Uber is deducting for trips didn’t even take. It’s not the first time these random defections is going from my account and when you query from them they act like it never happened yet the bank notifications clearly shows!
