Unjustifiable Deductions from Uber

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I recently re-downloaded the Uber app because I urgently needed transport to the airport. I used my last available money expecting a reliable service, but I never received the ride.

Despite not getting the trip, Uber deducted a total of R228 from my account. This is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of my situation and the financial inconvenience caused.

I request an immediate investigation and full refund of the R228 deducted for a ride that never took place. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
