Unhelpful

I am not an Uber customer and I don't have an account with them. Yet Uber are debiting my bank account for trips I have never taken. All my queries with them end with Uber urging me to write in to them with my registered Uber e-mail address. They don't seem to understand that this is a case of *****. or perhaps they know that and don't want to refund me my money. Disgusted with their attitude. I am not a customer of theirs and I will never be.
