Unhappy with unknown charge by Uber

I have no problem with the service and drivers. A charge of R99.99 was made on my bank account for trip from Johannesburg but I did not use or request it. I have logged complaint 30/11/2022 with regards to charge but up until now I did not receive feedback from Uber. I thought that my details were save with them but now charges are done on my account without my knowledge or concent
