unhappy with uber services

i constantly take uber over the weekends or when im off and i have over look quite a few trips but its really upsetting every tym i delete my uber app i have to pay R25 for the last trip owed when i did pay. then if we request for a uber it reconnect for 20 or 30 mins until we cancel and yet it becomes our fault and we have to pay R25 plus the trip money but on my last incident i had a uber guy accept my trip and because if was just R42 a trip to go to the plaza he spoke to me and said i must cancel the trip becoz he will not come to pik me up. i dont feel that this is the behaviour. i dont feel i should pay R42...plus R25 that R67 to go to the phoenix plaza which a taxi u pay R10. that guy was very rude and i didnt appreciate it. we love using uber bt this has happen over 6 or 7 times to me and i tawght someone should know bout the service url running. im very upset and sad about the services also..
