Unhappy with Uber service

I requested an Uber the payment was via card. It automatically deducted the fee. Within a few seconds I cancelled the trip due to the wrong location. I haven’t received my money back that was deducted, but when I check my receipt it’s written R0.00. I did report the matter to them but their feedback is not helpful at all. All I want is my money back because the trip never happened. I’m so disappointed with their service.
