Unhappy Uber customer

I have used Uber on numerous occasions. Yesterday they deducted an amount due to a promo discount. Last night the reversed that amount and charged full amount early hours of this morning. Not happy an nobody is willing to assist online unless I pay a further R15 to speak to a so called consultant online. Not happy at all
