Unhappy Uber customer

On the 30th September 2022 I ordered an Uber and immediately got charged for that service, which is fine. Now after some few minutes I requested a cancellation, which was effected immediately. Till today I have not gotten my refund back, it usually refunds you immediately as long as it doesn’t charge you the cancellation fee. Which I was not charged but I’m still yet to get my money back
