UNHAPPY UBER CUSTOMER!!!!

We called up a Uber to transport us to UKZN Howard this morning and on our way we informed the driver of our exact location and he showed no signs of confusion. when we were still driving it came to our attentions that our driver is lost as the place he showed to us was not our destination. The journey to our destination would have originally costed us R129 but in the end they ended up taking R229 which is 2 times more than the original amount and it was not our fault that the guy got lost but it is our pockets that must suffer/ pay for the fact that he can't do his job?
