Unhappy client

Had a bad experience using Uber this past weekend. Was in an emergency and requested Uber and it keep on Rejecting my request and i wanted me to add Debit card information and i put the details it told me to consult my bank as it is not supported. My credit that i have i ZAR524.01. so what my i do with that credit. is there other way to validate or verify. found this so pathetic. you are a disgrace.
