unfairly charged

<p>A friend and i requested an uber and it was a minute away, because we were in hurry we stepped outside to go wait for our ride. Our uber kept on recalculating and it went up to wait minutes, we could not wait that long and we cancelled the driver and requested another uber. The uber we requested arrived in less than a minute to pick us up, upon our arrival at our destination we had to pay for that cancelled trip and the uber that got us to our destination. </p> <p>Why do we have to pay for your inconvenience to us, why should we wait for 8minutes for an uber when there are other ubers a minute away. </p> <p>May you kindly elighten us on your cancellation policy and why we have to pay for a trip we never took with a cancelled driver?</p>
