Unfairly Blocked by Uber as a Driver for 3 years!!!!

Am very disappointed by Uber company, am Sipho the ex driver of Uber when this company came I registered as a driver, bought a new car to use it as Uber e-hailer. But now the Uber company blocked me without any explanation. The treatment that Uber treat their workers its so unfair. In my knowledge there is no place of work that can just chase you out without any explanation. It's very unprofessional & abuses their power as employers. We are people trying to earn a living, we are paying car installments,uber doesn't care at all. We are helping government here so that we are not entirely dependent to the government but we are treated like dogs by Uber. This company is the worst place to work at, now that they are rich they chase us out like animals. We have risk our lives some has lost their lives through this e=hailing company but we have no benefits, they block drivers as they please, we continously begging to work with them, what type of an employer is this may be this company shouldn't be working in South Africa, it has no respect of their workers despite, peaple risking their lives day in day out. I have worked for this company since 2018- 2021, then I was permantly blocked on the 26 of July 2021 with no explanation, I tried to call them about the blockage, they told me their decision is Final as am seating I don't know what I have done to them. Now I don't have a Job, no money paid to me as am still paying the installment for the car, kids are going to school, we need food,am paying rent, now am seating with a car that I need to pay monthly, I don't know what to do. Only if I knew that this company is as unpredectacted as is I would have not associated myself with it. Unfair treatment with Uber company its what they practice. Which company that dismiss people without compensation? Is it doing this because it knows we have no lawyers or can't afford one? Is it right to dismiss someone who has work for full 3 years like a ********? Do they know our families also depend on us as breadwinner? If anyone wants to join Uber they must think and think again, I will not recommend this company to anyone, Uber company is full of disrespect & undermining people in general. I will share my experience with all my family and friends. Surely some of my clients won't be pleased if I tell them how Uber Chased me out as a dog & I have recruited people because of my service. None of my family & friends will ever use Uber after they treated me like a animal.
