Unfair uber treatment

I had registered an account with uber drive and paid everything including driver evaluation and fingerprints early this year.i am currently unemployed and had found a car to operate on the platform so i could make a living only to find out my account is inactive. I tried texting the help countless times and they responded me by saying they are trying to create the best platform for me and they have sufficient drivers in my city. Why couldn't they say this while i was busy with registration?
