Unfair charges for cancelled trips

I am very unhappy that I got charged for a ride cancellation that I did on Christmas day in Cape Town CBD. The Uber system in Cape Town CBD is really stupid because they allow drivers who are still busy with other trips to accept yours.

I ended up cancelling my trip after watching for 20 mins the driver moving up and down with other clients. And what's more, it was drizzling and very cold!

After all this, Uber deducted money from my card when I tried to use their Uber eats App, saying its because of the cancelled trip. This should end.
