Unfair cancellation fee

Good day

Please explain why Should I as a rider be charged a cancellation fee of R25.00 when ever a driver chooses to cancel my request. Yes R25.00 may not be much, however add those small figures and you would be shocked. Please look into this as its unfair on the rider like myself. I've had an incident where by 3 drivers cancelled my request consecutively, wasted an hour trying to get a ride. I ended up using Taxify and the rider came. Perhaps your drivers are not that hungry.
