Unfair cancellation fee

Unfair Uber Cancellation Fee – Driver Never Arrived I was unfairly charged a cancellation fee by Uber on a trip with driver Henry Figo. I entered the correct pickup and drop-off details in the app. The driver did not arrive at my pickup location, yet marked himself as “arrived” on the app and then proceeded towards the drop-off point, leaving me behind. Despite this, Uber charged me a cancellation fee. I would like Uber to explain which policy allows a driver to falsely mark arrival and still penalise the rider. The service was not rendered, and this issue was not caused by any error on my part. I am requesting a full refund of the cancellation fee and a proper investigation into the driver’s conduct. — Cebisa
