Unfair

I have been using Uber/Uber eats for a while now. My problem started last year. A family member asked me to book a lift for her on my Uber platform, which she occasionally does as she does not have the App or so she say. I booked it for her , long story sort, she jumped out without paying the driver. The driver called me, I explained what happened but he said that unfortunately he has to report me even though I was not the one in the car. I would like to use Uber but whenever I book a lift or order food they add the amount owed for that day I booked for the family member. For example, I order KFC for R56 when I wanted to check out the total came to R256, my rides seem to be very high as well. To be honest with you, I am not willing to pay extra, I am a honest person and would never do this to any driver on any platform. I would like this to be rectified please as I was happy using Uber before this whole mess up. At the end of the day, this makes me use your competitors instead. If this can't be resolved, it will be very disappointing and sad but I will just have to delete Uber eats and move on with my life.
