Uner useless

I once again want to express my total dissatisfaction with Uber. My first order was ****** by an Uber worker and the second time they overcharged me and put the transaction through twice on my Credit Card without my consent or approval. They indicated that they work on the matter but to date NO RESPONSE which means they don't care about customers or customer service. I will never make use of Uber again and will encourage everybody to boycott Uber.
