Undelivered Parcel by the Uber Delivery Services

I called an uber delivery to deliver my parcel. The driver got to the place but did not deliver my parcel. I have no way to contact the driver to find out where is my parcel and Uber is not helping me in locating the driver. Uber or Benjamin Mokata the driver who drives a Suzuki Swift, can you please contact me and tell me when i can get my parcel back. I dont know how else to get through either of you. I am desperate please
