Uncaring and unprofessional behavior with many lies form Uber. Driver B M.

I have had many deliveries throughout my lifetime, but Uber Deliveries are the worst! I had my pharmacy send me very important medicine as I was unable to fetch it myself. They organized a Uber to deliver it. Take into account that this Clicks is 2.1Km from my home. I sent a Pin Drop location and the physical address to Clicks, this was provided to Uber correctly as I could see it on the live link on the Uber App. 11:37 I received a message that a person with name B M on motorcycle B.****DGGP is on his way. They provided his cell number as well. I was monitoring him on their link and at 11:46 they said he had arrived. On the link I could see he was approximately 100 Meters form my gate. I phoned his provided number only to reach voicemail. This was done for the next few hours, just voicemail! SMSes with no reply. I receive a message 11:54 order attempted and cancelled. I notified Clicks of this and they engage with Uber once again. After returning to Clicks B M was told to go out again. He arrived at long last 12:38, was extremely rude and told me his phone was ******, thus the number Uber provided would be useless and I lost airtime on a ****** phone. The most frustrating and painstaking deliver of my life!!! Not even an apology from the driver or Uber. My personal opinion is that Clicks must make use of Bolts as I never have any issues with them. 11:37-12:38 to make a delivery of 2.1Km and it is medicine that is urgently needed. Uber providing a cell number for the driver that does not exist any longer. No apology with rude behavior. Truly useless, unacceptable and unprofessional service!!!
