Unbelievable Uber encounter.

I have been expressing my dissatisfaction with my recent Uber Mot ride through messages sent to Uber app and Twitter. This incident occurred on June 1, 2024, and I would like to provide some context regarding what transpired on that day.

At 14:24, I requested an Uber from Punter's Way to Gugulethu. However, the delivery of my package did not take place to the address. The driver departed with my package at 14:26 and subsequently halted at 16:45.

Regrettably, the driver neither contacted me nor returned the package, which was intended as a gift for my friend. Despite my efforts to reach out to Uber via the app and Twitter, it appears that nobody is taking the matter seriously.
