Unavailable drivers

I'm honestly not sure if Uber drivers still love their job or not! Requesting from the Glen Mall was an absolute nightmare! I had to wait for about 40minutes before I could get a trip, the drivers kept cancelling and at some point one of them couldn't fine me even though I was standing right at the location, when I tried to direct him he gave me attitude, hung up on me and cancelled my trip. I'm shook! I had to walk with groceries to the nearest garage to get a ride.
