Unauthorized Uber transactions

Never booked an Uber and suddenly started getting Uber transactions on my card while admitted to hospital. It's been going on for 2 weeks where there is sometimes up to 15 transactions a day. Unable to get any assistance from Uber in this regard. Unacceptable!!
