Unauthorized Uber One Subscription – Request for Refund and Data Removal

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a notification I received stating that my Uber One payment was successful.

I did not subscribe to Uber One, nor did I give permission for any payment to be deducted from my account. I also do not actively use Uber services. This charge was therefore unauthorized.

I kindly request the following:

A full refund of the amount deducted.

Immediate cancellation of the Uber One membership.

Removal of my payment details and personal information from your database.

Please investigate this matter urgently and confirm once the refund has been processed and my details have been removed.
