Unauthorized Uber charges and no response from customer support

Uber has been debiting my account for trips I never took between August and October 2024 — some even charged twice. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and in-app messages, but there’s been no response or refund. This is unacceptable and feels like *****. I expect an immediate investigation and full refund of all unauthorized charges.
