Unauthorized Uber Bank Charge

On Friday night at around 10:30pm my phone was snatched at Maboneng by guys working for uber. They were driving a white Toyota Corolla. Today when i check my bank statement it shows that someone made a trip using my uber app which i believe it is the same guys who stole my phone, to my surprise that trip charged my account R919.56. Can uber please reverse my money. i tried calling but their phone does not go through
