Unauthorized transactions

I downloaded UberEat on the 23rd of October 2019 .24th i wanted to order but was checking where to order .i ended up not ordering anything.when i check my statement on the 25th an amount of R50 was taken from my account .i have tried to get my money back but nobody responded on there Facebook inbox .i then decided to delete the app due to unathorised transaction. #Blackfriday
