Unauthorized transaction

I'm very disappointed in Uber and will never ever use it again. Unauthorized amout of R500 was deducted from my account without any notification or reasons why until I had to send an enquiry about yhe deduction.I was told I left mess in the vehicle and it cost that much to have the car cleaned.I was in shock as I took few trips that weekend and all occasions I was not even drunk. I asked them what prove they had that I messed up the car as the driver never inspected the vehicle in my presence. No one bothered to respond and share which trip thisnmess was made.No driver or car information was shared.I'm still puzzled why I was charged.
