unauthorized rides

for the past two 3 days have been receiving unauthorizes debit orders stating that I'm using uber bare in mind some of these are in cape town while sitting home in jhb, been trying to contact help centre no WIN in that.. this morning again another bank notification trip to parktown.. please HELPPP. Would appreciate a call back or assistance here. is this a **** or what is going on. i am so upset..
