Unauthorized payment charges

I'm so ****ed with Uber, everytime I make a card payment to request, it will go through after the trip ended money has been deducted to my account, then I will get an email that it did not go through transaction failed, failed how cause the money went out my bank account and trip went through i mean we all know that you cannot ride a Uber without funds into your bank being rocessed paid after you request, this is getting out of hand as this making charges to my bank account as it will try to deduct funds, I call this a **** as why would everytime I request a ride have to pay double this is not fair at all..
