Unauthorized Debit from Uber One on 25th February 2025

On the 25th of February 2025, I noticed an unauthorized debit from my account for Uber One. Upon querying the transaction, I was provided with the name of a person who might have used my account. I checked with this individual, and they do not even have the Uber app. More concerning is how my money was taken without my authorization in the bank app.

Typically, I pay the R50 membership fee, but this unexpected charge is a significant issue. Your service has been unhelpful, and I have not been contacted by anyone to assist in resolving this matter. This situation leads me to believe that the service is not only ineffective but may be exploiting customers like myself, who are unaware of such practices.

I demand a full refund as I did not authorize this payment, and I expect immediate action on this matter.
