Unauthorized debit charges by Uber SA

I'm very disgusted with Uber + the *********** agent name Moakhir based in Pakistan whom I spoke to today hoping he would assist but he was not even bothered about my query! For now the only resort I'm left with is just removing my debit card details from the Uber app. They have been taking unauthorized amounts of money from me numerous times just after I get paid & I only started taking note of this now. Haven't even been using Uber rides for the past 3-6 months!!! It's really appalling cause it seems like I won't even get these money's back with the way their customer services operate!
