Unauthorized Charges from Uber on my personal account

On Saturday the 22nd of March 2025 I requested a ride from my house to my friends house. The amount of R65 was deducted from my account obviously before a driver is even found. I then left and had a good and safe ride with the driver no complaints. The driver was even kind enough to drive me into the complex and I then tipped him R20 for his efforts.

Literally for days later Uber deducts the amount of R64 from my account claiming I requested a ride on the 22nd of March at 15:18pm and their agent Fatima is telling me that I owe Uber, how? I've even sent proof from my bank.

I know Uber has gone down the drain but having to lift yourselves up by making mini deductions like this... It doesn't make sense.
