Unauthorized charges and no refund

I have been dealing with an unauthorized charge on my account since the 5th April 2024 and till date have not received my funds this was a total of R396.20 that was withdrawn from my account without my consent, while dealing with that on the 11th April another charge was taken from my account a total of R220.00 and none of these amounts seem to be found by Uber. When you reach out to the support page all you get is an automated response or they don't reply at all.

I am frustrated as they don't seem to care about their customers or have any sense of urgency regarding my matter all I want is my refund and to be done with this company.
