Unauthorized Charge by Uber

Unauthorized charge by Uber. On Saturday(01/03/2025), I requested an Uber ride that was quoted at R186. However, during my trip, Uber deducted an additional R124 from my account.

I checked my Uber app for any explanation of this charge, but there is no record of it. I have not received any notification or reason for this deduction, and I believe this amount was taken in error.

I have already tried to resolve this with Uber, but I have not received any clear response or refund. I would appreciate your assistance in getting Uber to address this matter and refund the R124 that was wrongfully deducted.
